Schedule “Me Time” 🕒
First things first, fit some time in that calendar of yours. Tuesday at 1:45 – 1:47 pm sounds pleasing. Just joking or maybe we are not – in two minutes, you can sip your favourite tea or discreetly jam to your playlist or just zone out and forget that Susanna in Cubicle B is watching you – remember, this is all about you! Take a breath and let your mind unwind.
Soothing Sounds 🎶
You know just like a Rockstar we are all about those pumped up beats, right? Music is a one-way ticket to a city of relaxation. Whether it’s soothing spa sounds, the twist or Taylor Swift – create a playlist of your most soothing jams. Slow it down, feel the vibes and let the music wash away those stresses. Try singing along!
Finding Your Zen Zone 🧘♂️
Namaste! Get in touch with your inner zen!. Try yoga, meditation or try taking a good old nature walk. Feel the breeze and connect with Mother Earth. Why not?

De-stressing is even better when you’re rolling with your peeps. Get some friends over and plan a chill hangout or ask some colleagues to go for a walk with you at lunch time except for Susanna. Have some laughs, talk it up and remember, you’re never alone – everyone wants to chill, maybe don’t ask your boss!
Gratitude Attitude 🙏
No matter how crazy life is, it will always be crazy and that’s how life rolls. Remember, there’s always something to be thankful for. Take a second to jot down what you’re grateful for in a gratitude journal or a piece of paper. This practice of gratitude will put a smile on your face.

Mindfulness is becoming a lifestyle. Take each moment as it comes, be present and breathe. Don’t overthink. Don’t over anticipate. Don’t sweat the small stuff – just be in the now.

Your phone dies and you rush to recharge it! Sometimes, we gotta unplug to recharge. Put away the devices, switch off all those notifications (put it on focus mode if you need to) and give your brain some downtime to just relax. You’ll be amazed at how refreshing it is.
Treat Yourself 🍕
Rakstars, you need a treat. If someone hasn’t told you. We are saying it now. Treat yourself to your favourite comfort food; pizza or ice cream or we can think bigger; some jewelry or what about the mall – let’s shop! When was the last time you treated yourself? Sometimes, a little indulgence goes a long way.
